My first day of the Polyphasic Sleep Experiment!  Today I share with you my sleep schedule and how I have tweaked it, based on some great comments and suggestions I got.

I want to make sure that my core sleep is a cycle of entire 90 min intervals.

I want to have some sleep before midnight so that I can have some long wave sleep.

I want to have two 20 naps before 3pm, so that it will be more likely that they become REM sleep and that way are quite refreshing.

Also, I will be adopting another detail from the napping tribe in the Amazon.  I will add some intermittent fasting.  Fasting is known to raise you growth hormone (which grows muscles and burns fat)  while polyphasic sleep seems to reduce growth hormone.  I hope that using both with lead to a good compromise.
